Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is published under the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. It applies to CoreAppGrid, CoreAppGrid.com, custom website / mobile / desktop builds, Windows and mobile themes, digital invitations, and CoreAppGrid OmniFolio PDF Solution. Last updated: 13 September 2026.

Scope of responsibility: CoreAppGrid is the data fiduciary only for personal data that CoreAppGrid itself collects for a stated purpose (contact forms, license records, and essential site logs we control). CoreAppGrid is not responsible for personal data collected, stored, processed or leaked on third-party servers, apps, ads, plugins, hosts or CDNs that CoreAppGrid does not operate. Extra data you send that we did not ask for is not recommended; CoreAppGrid has no responsibility for that extra data.

Data fiduciary and grievance officer

CoreAppGrid is the data fiduciary for license records we control. Grievance Officer / contact for privacy complaints: Gandharv Kumar Jha, email admin@CoreAppGrid.com, website https://CoreAppGrid.com. Studio services (builds, themes, invitations): sales@CoreAppGrid.com. PDF product and licence records: sales@CoreAppGrid.com. We aim to acknowledge a complaint within the time expected under Indian IT rules and to close it without undue delay.

This Privacy Policy does not rewrite historical posts at /blogs/. Those pages may still load older third-party scripts that CoreAppGrid does not actively control.

What we collect

Website: server logs (IP address, browser, time, pages) from hosting; name, email, mobile and message if you submit them through the contact form. A small visitor counter on CoreAppGrid.com records a hashed IP so we can show a unique-visitor number. Visits from the studio PC (this system) are excluded and are not counted. Raw IP addresses are not published. The counter is essential site operation, not advertising.

Desktop app: System ID (derived from the PC), license kind (trial or paid), term, and — only after you type them to activate a key — name and mobile. We do not upload your PDF files, case papers or document contents. Processing of court PDFs happens on your Windows PC.

Download consent: before the PDF trial installer downloads, you must tick that you agree to this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use. That tick is your consent record for the download.

Extra data you must not send

Send only the fields this website or the app asks for (for example name, mobile, email, brief, System ID). Do not send extra personal data, case papers, Aadhaar or other ID scans, passwords, full paper books, or other people’s data. That extra sharing is not recommended. If you send it anyway, you do so at your own risk. CoreAppGrid did not collect it as part of a stated DPDP purpose, may delete it without using it, and shall have no responsibility for that extra data, including loss, leak or misuse after it left your device, except where Indian law expressly requires otherwise.

AI processing

CoreAppGrid may use artificial intelligence tools (including third-party AI services) to draft, design, summarise or otherwise process a custom build, digital invitation, theme or support request. Under the DPDP Act, 2023 this is processing for the purpose of fulfilling your order. By ticking the AI consent box on an order form you give free, specific, informed and unambiguous consent to that use.

Do not share private or personal details that you do not want processed by AI or published in a deliverable (for example an invitation file, mock-up or website copy). AI tools may send prompts to servers CoreAppGrid does not operate. CoreAppGrid does not use your briefs to train public models, but it cannot control a third-party AI provider’s own systems. CoreAppGrid is not responsible for those providers collecting or leaking data on their servers. You may refuse AI processing by not placing the order; a completed paid job is processed as described here so we can deliver it.

Custom software builds and licensing

If you inquire about custom software development, mobile apps, enterprise web platforms, or OmniFolio PDF Solution licenses via our contact form, we collect the name, email address, mobile number, organization, and project requirements you submit. We use that information exclusively to respond to your inquiry, provide technical quotes, deliver services, and manage license keys. We never sell your personal information or use confidential client files to train public models.

Blogs at /blogs/ may show Google Ads (publisher ca-pub-3189268568444666). Those ads are a third-party service. See the third-party section below.

Purpose and lawful basis

We use data to run the website, respond to inquiries, issue and restore licenses, stop trial-reset abuse, and provide support. Lawful bases include performance of the license contract and legitimate fraud-prevention, consistent with the DPDP Act, 2023 and, where Sensitive Personal Data is involved, the SPDI Rules, 2011. We do not use your PDFs to train models. We do not sell lists of advocates. See MeitY for the statutes.

Cookies and consent

Under the DPDP Act, 2023, consent for personal data must be free, specific, informed and unambiguous. The cookie bar on this site records your choice:

• Essential (always on): hosting and security needed to serve the page; your region and cookie choice in local storage; fields you type in a form; the unique-visitor counter (hashed IP, studio PC excluded). These are needed to perform the contract or to keep the site working.
• Non-essential (only if you click Accept, and only on /blogs/ pages): Google Ads / AdSense and similar advertising cookies and scripts. The AdSense script is not loaded on home, product or other non-blog pages. If you choose Essential only, those scripts are not loaded by this site.

You can change the choice later from Cookie settings in the footer. Refusing non-essential cookies does not stop you using the site or the PDF trial. Third parties may still set cookies if you follow a link off this site; that is outside CoreAppGrid.

Third-party apps, ads, hosts and plugins — we are not responsible

CoreAppGrid.com is served from third-party infrastructure and may load tools CoreAppGrid does not operate: hosting (currently Hostinger), leftover WordPress or blog scripts if restored, Elementor, Rank Math, Site Kit or other Google tags, Google Ads or AdSense on /blogs/ pages if you Accept cookies, analytics, forms, caches, security plugins, fonts, CDNs, and email providers (including if you open Gmail or Outlook yourself). Those parties have their own privacy policies and may collect device IDs, cookies, IP addresses, ads data on their servers.

CoreAppGrid is responsible only for personal data it collects as data fiduciary. CoreAppGrid is not responsible for: (a) personal data collected or misused by any third-party app, advertisement, plugin, host, CDN, store, operating system, browser or remote-support tool; (b) a leak, outage, unauthorised access or processing that occurs on a third-party server or network CoreAppGrid does not operate; (c) cookies or pixels those parties set after you Accept ads, or that they set independently. If Google Ads, a WordPress plugin, a a host or another vendor processes your data, your remedy is against that vendor under their terms, except where Indian law makes CoreAppGrid liable for a processor CoreAppGrid engaged and CoreAppGrid failed to use reasonable security practices for data it controls (IT Act s.43A / SPDI Rules; DPDP Act duties of a data fiduciary). We cannot audit every plugin or host update. Historical /blogs/ pages may still contain third-party scripts from before this product site; we do not take responsibility for those either.

The Windows app runs on your PC. Microsoft Windows, antivirus, printers and other software you install are outside CoreAppGrid’s control. The trial installer is served from this website.

Disclosure and security

We do not sell personal data. We may share what is needed with hosting providers, email delivery infrastructure, and (if you start a remote session) the support channel you chose — System ID and license fields, not case files. We may disclose information if Indian law or a competent authority requires it (IT Act, 2000 and other applicable law).

We use reasonable security practices for records we hold (access-limited hosting, licence keys bound to a machine), consistent with the SPDI Rules, 2011. No method is perfectly secure. A breach or leak on a host, mail or server we do not operate is that party’s incident unless Indian law says otherwise. You must keep your PC, key and email safe.

Your rights and consent

You may email the Grievance Officer to access or correct license records, withdraw consent where the DPDP Act allows, or ask for erasure after the license ends (we may keep a minimal anti-fraud hash). Nominating a consent manager, if you use one, does not remove the need to honour a paid key already issued.

Children: the product is for practising advocates, not for children. Do not create a license in a minor’s name.

Retention: trial records last long enough to stop reset abuse. Paid records last for the term plus a short archive so we can restore a key.

Cross-border: hosts may store copies outside India. By using the site or download you understand that. You may refuse by not using those services.
