Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to CoreAppGrid OmniFolio PDF Solution software licenses and custom software development engagements. It sits with our Terms of Use. Downloading, evaluating, or acquiring software licenses or entering development agreements constitutes acceptance.

Custom software development engagements

CoreAppGrid engineers bespoke web applications, mobile platforms, enterprise cloud services, and custom desktop software. All development engagements are initiated through client consultations via our Contact Form. Commercial terms, milestone schedules, cancellation provisions, and refund eligibility are governed strictly by the individual written Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) executed between CoreAppGrid and the client.

Completed milestone deliverables, architecture blueprints, and delivered source code are non-refundable once accepted in accordance with project agreement criteria.

CoreAppGrid OmniFolio PDF Solution — no refund

CoreAppGrid OmniFolio PDF Solution has a 7-day trial (first 50 pages clean) so you can test before paying. Once a licence is purchased, there is no refund on that licence amount — 1 year, 2 year or 3 year. Keys are licensed, not sold as boxed goods. Duplicate charges or a key that cannot activate on a genuine licensed PC after a Windows restore are handled as support: email name, mobile and System ID and we restore the same key when the System ID matches our ledger.

Where Indian consumer law requires a different outcome, that law applies.
